Well Brethren, the time has come once again for our Lodge to “go dark” for the summer. I dont really like this term because as Masons, we never really go dark! We are constantly to spread Light in the world and to help our fellow man in any way we can without causing ourselves any harm. I digress. Our Lodge has recessed for the summer. I hope everyone enjoys their summer! Please keep in mind of a few events for the summer.
- July 23rd – Lake County Captains Game – Flyer will be in the next newsletter. Please be sure to get your ticket orders in as soon as possible!
- August 20th – Family Picnic – The flyer for this will also be in the next newsletter. Our picnic will be held at the Al Koran Shrine in Broadview Hts. Be sure to get your reservation in for this as soon as possible as well
We will reconvene on September 7th at 7:30pm. We will have 3 Fellow Craft Exams that night and we will announce then when we will confer the Master Mason Degree! This meeting will also be the night where all of the officers will move up in the line and take the station of the office they will “hopefully” be elected to in September. Be sure to start looking over your parts so that you are familiar with them in September!
